Every order is confirmed the moment you submit it through WhatsApp, email or bank transfer. We may contact you to confirm unusual orders or delivery details. If an item is out of stock when you order, we'll let you know right away and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Prices are shown in the currency of the store and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and payment arranged over WhatsApp using encrypted methods.
Every piece is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If something isn't right, we'll repair, replace or refund it — whichever is fairest for you.
