Most orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday. During busy seasonal drops it may take up to 48 hours — you'll always get tracking the moment your order ships.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days once dispatched, depending on your location and the type of item. Larger pieces (furniture and home decor) may take slightly longer and are handled by our freight partners.
Shipping is free on every order over 150. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout — you'll always see the exact cost before you confirm.
We ship via DHL Express and trusted regional partners. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow it from our door to yours.
