Add the items you love to your cart, then choose 'Checkout via WhatsApp'. You'll be guided through a simple two-step form, and your order is confirmed the moment you hit send. We reply within minutes during business hours.

Question 2

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the change you'd like, and we'll take care of it right away. Most orders dispatch within 24 hours.

Question 3

Is my payment information safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Payment is arranged over WhatsApp using trusted, encrypted methods, and your card details are never stored on our servers. You can also choose cash on delivery where available.

Question 4

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

In-stock items dispatch within 24 hours on business days and typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Furniture ships white-glove in 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves us.

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Orders over $150 ship free with tracked, insured delivery. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. Express and same-day options are available in select regions.

Question 6

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any item in its original condition. Returns are free — we'll email you a prepaid label and arrange a pickup at no cost.

Question 7

What if my item arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

That's on us. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
