Returns & Exchanges

If a piece isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Starting a return is quick:

• Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@solstice.example with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• We'll confirm and share the return address or arrange a pickup where available.
• Pack the item in its original packaging (or similar), and send it off.

Items should be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging. If an item arrived faulty or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping and fix it immediately.

Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method — cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Final-sale items (marked at checkout) and made-to-order pieces can't be returned unless they arrive faulty. Everything else in the Solstice collection is covered by this policy.
